2. These terms
These terms apply when you use this website, request a quote, or ask us to compare or arrange business services on your behalf. By doing any of those things you accept these terms.
Our service is for businesses. It is not intended for consumers acting outside the course of a business, and consumer protections that apply to household customers do not apply here.
3. What we do — and what we do not do
We are an introducer and comparison service. We compare offers from a panel of suppliers and providers and, where you ask us to, arrange a contract on your behalf.
We are not a supplier. We do not supply gas, electricity, waste collection or connectivity. We do not underwrite insurance and we do not lend money. Any contract for those services is between you and the supplier, insurer or lender — not with us.
This means the supplier is responsible for delivering the service, billing you, and handling faults, claims and service issues under their own terms. We will help where we can, but we cannot be responsible for their performance.

4. Quotes and comparisons
Quotes we provide are indicative until confirmed by the supplier. Prices in the energy and connectivity markets move frequently and a quote may be withdrawn or repriced before a contract is signed.
We compare a panel of suppliers. That panel is wide but it is not every supplier in the market, and not every supplier will quote for every business. You are always free to approach suppliers directly and to compare our quote against others.
Any savings figure we give is an estimate based on the information you provide and the rates available at that time. Actual savings depend on your consumption and the contract you ultimately sign. We cannot guarantee a saving, and we will tell you if we think your existing deal is already competitive.
Nothing on this website is advice about which product is suitable for your business. It is information to help you decide.
5. How we are paid
Our comparison service is free to you. We are paid a commission by the supplier when you enter into a contract we have arranged. You do not pay us a fee.
For energy contracts, commission is usually included in the unit rate you are quoted — an amount per kilowatt hour added to the supplier's rate. It is not an additional charge on top of the price you are shown.
We will tell you what we earn. Before you sign, we will disclose in writing the commission we will receive on your contract, so you can judge the deal with that in front of you. If you have not received that disclosure, ask us for it before signing — and please tell us, because you should not have to.
Because commission varies between suppliers, we may have a financial interest in which supplier you choose. We tell you what we earn precisely so you can weigh our recommendation with that in mind.

6. Letter of Authority
To get accurate quotes we usually need a Letter of Authority (LOA). This authorises us to obtain information about your existing supply from your current supplier and to approach other suppliers on your behalf.
An LOA:
- does not switch your supply or commit you to anything;
- does not give us permission to sign a contract for you;
- can be withdrawn by telling us in writing at any time.
Only someone authorised to act for the business should sign an LOA.
7. Your responsibilities
By using our service you confirm that:
- you are authorised to act on behalf of the business concerned;
- the information you give us is accurate and complete — quotes are based on it, and inaccurate information produces inaccurate quotes;
- you will tell us promptly if your circumstances change during the quote process;
- you will read the supplier's contract terms before signing. Those terms, not ours, govern your supply.
8. Using this website
You must not:
- use the site unlawfully or fraudulently;
- submit false information, or another business's details without authority;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any connected system;
- introduce malicious code, or use automated means to scrape or overload the site;
- copy or reuse our content other than as permitted in section 9.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, design, graphics, logos and layout — is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may view and print pages for your own business use. You may not reproduce, republish or commercially exploit our content without our written permission.
Supplier names and logos are the property of their respective owners and appear for identification only.
10. Availability and accuracy
We aim to keep the site available and accurate but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of it without notice.
Market information, including any rates or benchmarks we publish, is provided for general guidance and is accurate as at the date shown. Rates change. Always confirm current pricing before making a decision.
Where we link to other websites, we do not control them and are not responsible for their content.
11. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, and because our service is provided to businesses:
- we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of anticipated savings;
- we are not liable for the acts, omissions, service quality, billing or insolvency of any supplier, insurer or lender you contract with;
- we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, however caused;
- our total liability arising out of or in connection with our service is limited to the amount of commission we received in respect of the contract to which the claim relates.

13. Data protection
We handle personal data in line with our privacy policy, which explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and your rights.
14. Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here, dated at the top of this page. The terms that apply to a particular enquiry are those in force when you made it.
15. General
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remain in force. A delay in enforcing our rights is not a waiver of them. These terms do not create rights for any third party.
16. Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
